Umeco in Non-Exclusive Talks to Sell Supply Chain Arm- Pattonair.

Market buzz suggests that the advanced composites manufacturing and supply chain services specialist- Umeco might be looking to sell off its supply chain services arm- Pattonair. Umeco is a specialist in aerospace and defence industries supply chain services. Umeco officials confirmed the news in a stock market announcement.
Umeco representatives said they had noted recent speculation in relation with the possible sale of their supply chain services wing and confirmed that they were in non-exclusive discussions which might lead to the Pattonair sale. Further announcements, they said, would be made when appropriate.
Pattonair supply chain services clients include Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, Goodrich, Thales Aerospace and Lockheed Martin as well as the US Department of Defence. Umeco Supply Chain provides distribution and supply chain outsourcing services to their clients.
